STUDENT MATTERS

Information reaching this Office indicates that not only are some students, notably the Executive Members of the various University halls of residence, still in residence but also that the Students Representative Council offices are still open to students. It is also understood that the students left on the campus are serving as couriers for the dissemination of information and for the reproduction and circulation of anti-Government propaganda material.

2. I am accordingly directed to request you to advise the University authorities to deny accommodation facilities to all Ghanaian students and close down the Students Representative Council offices.

The Secretary,
