“MINUTE 400: SEDITIOUS AND OBSCENE LITERATURE 

Council ADVISED that Vice-Chancellor should issue notices to all including students that the production, circulation or promulgation of seditious and obscene literature on the campus is a criminal offence and culprits will be responsible for their actions and were liable to be dealt with according to the law.”
