PEACEFUL DEMONSTRATION MARCHES 

In connection with a nation-wide demonstration by the NUGS in protest against the proposed Loans Scheme for Higher Education, we the Students of Legon are staging peaceful demonstration marches on the campus on Monday the 21st of June 1971, and in Accra on the follow ing day, Tuesday, 22nd June, 1971. 

Permit is yet to be received from the Police for the March in Accra. 

The campus march will begin from the University Square at 8.30 a.m. along the Convocation Road, in front of the Registry, Achimota Road, to Estate Road and back to the University Square to disperse. However, your co-operation with regard to the campus one is anticipated.
