Party reading rooms provided with socialist literature are to be opened in all educational institutions in the country, Defence Minister Kofi Baako has announced at Cape Coast. The Minister, responsible for civic education in higher educational institutions, told representatives of the Party study group of the Cape Coast University that the move would be an effective way of promoting Party education. A spokesman of the University College study group has said that they discussed with the Minister the dissemination of Party ideology in Ghana’s three universities and the role of students in the socialist reconstruction of the nation
